The strides that this kid has made from his freshman year to now should be EYE OPENING! Extremely athletic forward who can protect then rim and defend on the perimeter. Always a lob threat but game has also developed where he can now knock down jumpers and play on the perimeter.

Don’t get caught up in the numbers, they never get you recruited! Through all the coaches I have been speaking to and players I’ve sent to college over these years as a coach, MAYBE 5 have asked me what the player they are recruiting stats. It’s about your talent/skill level,

Coaches, I know there are a lot of point guards out there, but Jamari Bolden is a scrappy kid that can really play position. I’d highly suggest him. ⬇️

💯All we gotta do is watch, we don’t need numbers. I know a player when I see one. The best visual we can get on a kid is when what he normally does well isn’t working and how he reacts/ adjustments.

The more I watch this kid, the more he convinces me the he is a HM kid. Shoots consistently from NBA range, athletic, great court vision, and defends. Literally checks all boxes and is going to grow to somewhere between 6’5 - 6’9. Coaches tap in 3 D1 programs already have!
