Done my last training run today and absolutely smashed it. The nasal breathing my coach taught me is game changing!! - i can definitely run quicker than this because where i train is hilly as heck. The course is flat.

Went to Bella Italia after the run yesterday and had lentil Ragu which was 10/10 but also my favourite, tiramisu 100/10. I need more!!! 😋
