The iOS 18 SwiftUI text animations are so cool! 😎 Shame there’s no libraries providing some OOB animations, so you gotta do it yourself for now

If your React component takes a ref, but you also need to keep your own ref, useImperativeHandle will let you copy a ref with a single line

Handy swift snippet if you want to add animations when a view appears ✨ Animate whatever you need - opacity, blur, scale. It all just works

When adding support for user font size preferences (Dynamic Type on iOS) - don't make the common mistake of making everything bigger. Learn more, and how to do this in CSS at jacobdoescode.com/2022/12/07/fon…

ag-grid.com Although founded by an Irishman, I can say AG Grid is indeed the best data grid I have tested so far, and it seems to meet all of my performance requirements

Running a new A/B screenshot test on TechniCalc. Bottom is the original, top is following advice Teodora @Designerants, middle is a half way between the two. I have been running the top v. bottom for 5 days with not much success. Seeing if the half-way-house has better results

The new .clear Liquid Glass isn't very… clear? Hopefully they add a way to mimic the glass they use for sliders and switches

Finally got the new TechniCalc update out! My favourite feature is the ability to add units to the keyboard. TechniCalc always supported unit-based maths, but having units accessible like this makes so much nicer to use. Use the new builtin Woodworking layout, or design your own!
