Welcome to the Empire, Jake Hilmer! Jake just wrapped up at Upper Iowa University, where he was named GLVC POY and D2CCA Midwest Region POY, and was listed on the NABC All-District team. Jake was also a finalist for the Trevor Hudgins and Bevo Francis awards.
