The big con about starting residency in UNM was having to miss many bands who usually played in Cleveland. But Im now SO excited about seeing my favorite band play my favorite album, which will happen in Abq and not in Cle. Is this a sign this place IS for me?? 🥰

Outrageous, but I don’t think it is a contemporary thing. Suboptimal peer-reviewing is something that has been around for quite a while. How to improve? Get better reviewers? Pay them? Especially considering how much money editorials make; even w/o those costly open access Js.

Sub-I tip: don’t talk down on a hospital EMR. People are not impressed that you know how to do things on Epic or think is easier or better than CPRS or Cerner. It rather makes them feel you look down on them.
