Great news from Geneva- agreement on a great new facilitator to shepherd the WTO dispute settlement reform process--Mauritius' WTO Ambassador Usha Dwarka-Canabady. Hopeful she can help us meet MC12 pledge of “fully functioning dispute settlement system accessible to all by 2024”
