Our beautiful little miracle arrived safe and sound via emergency c-section on 21st October. We could not be more in love and she is worth every second of heartbreak along the way 🥰

This time last year you seemed like an impossible dream, this year here you are. The only Christmas present I need ❤️🎁 Thinking of those still waiting and hoping 2022 is your year #alliwantforchristmasisyou

I’m beyond grateful to have my beautiful little girl and know I’m lucky to have her so why am I so devastated to have been told she’ll be an only child as I am likely in early menopause at 39. We knew another baby was unlikely anyway so why has this hit me so freaking hard?! 😭

As I enjoy my first Mother’s Day with my little miracle I’m thinking of all of those whose arms are still empty and hoping they get their turn soon xxx

Didn’t want to post this on actual Mother’s Day and make a tough day even tougher for some but just had to share this photo - this right here is everything I ever dreamed of and more. Stay strong ladies, it’s SO SO worth it in the end xx

It absolutely breaks my heart that this is the last ever photo of my little girl and her grandma. It’s like she knew it was time to say goodbye. 6 hours later my mum passed away 💔

Organising a funeral is like organising the shittiest wedding. With 2 weeks notice. And no RSVPs so no idea how many people are actually going to turn up. Whilst grieving. #thingsnobodyevertellsyou #lifelessons

Anybody else have a partner who doesn’t want to go down the donor egg route? That’s the only way for us to have a second child so ultimately means no more kids for us and I’m really struggling not to resent him for taking that away from me

This morning I realised that my 20s were clearly training for parenthood, as I gently extracted my arm and tiptoed quietly around the bedroom gathering my clothes to make my escape without waking the dribbly sleeping person…

A truly bittersweet one this year - my second as a mum to my perfect little miracle but the first without my own mum. For all those struggling today, for whatever reason, be kind to yourselves and I hope all the wannabe mummies get their turn next year xxx
