In relational databases, what would you choose for one-to-one relations and why?

In terms of free speech, Elon Musk makes up it‘s own rigid rules, blocking journalists and evenaccounts like ElonJet which use public data. Luckily, most can be found now on Mastodon (e.g. ElonJet can be found at @[email protected])

So, Twitter seemingly killed the previous API and with that Tapbots' Tweetbot by Tapbots sadly got unusable. Luckily they've been developing Ivory (Mastodon client) which gives me even more hope that it's finally time to leave Twitter once and for all.
