I reached out to the CEO of a potentially interested company. At first, he offered $5000, which we accepted, but he didn't honor the offer and lowered it to $1000 arguing that the value, little benefits, Google, bla, bla bla... Of course, we did not sell at that price.

The lessons I learned today from a negotiation: 1)Make an offer is unfavorable. 2)Not having sufficient liquidity make us vulnerable to selling at the price of a burger. 3)High returns come with lengthy negotiations.
