#UPDATE #westfestshooting WVC Police have identified the victims killed in the seedy Fest shooting. Hassan Lugundi, 18-year-old from West Valley, Fnu Rena, 41-year-old from West Jordan. The 8 month old infant, who was also killed will not be identified by police.
