BT Interesting price increase, understand the CPI+3.9%, but if you paid the line rental in advance and they give u a discount to keep u as a customer the increase is added to the whole cost (£30.99) not what you pay every month (£5.00). What a rip off company. Bye bye BT.

#AskMatt BT’s increase is added to to any discount given the keep you as a customer and to line rental even if you paid it in advance (Line Saver) so my £5 per month will become £8.59. How is that fair?
