Awful, credible reports that the Chinese Consul General in Manchester, Zheng Xiyuan, has been personally involved in vandalism and possible assault. If so James Cleverly🇬🇧 should put in an official request for him to leave his post and return home.

PRC consulate staff with consul general Zheng Xiyuan 鄭曦原 physically attacked one protestor, pulled hair and put fingers into eyes. Policeman in Manchester was rescuing that protestor not to be dragged into the Consulate area. UK must act, consulate is not above the UK law.
