I'm usually a kind person, but all thats been coming to light lately... I want to LITERALLY rip heads off. To think I used to call some of these people friends... To the abused please know that I stand with you, I hear you and I'm in awe of your strength, spirit and bravery.

saying 'innocent until proven guilty' as a hundred different women open up about their traumatic experiences for the first time is like saying 'all lives matter'. you're not wrong per se but you're missing the point entirely and also just kind of an asshole

Starting back with my therapist next week, to say it's needed would be an understatement. If you're in a difficult place yourself and have never considered seeking professional help then I can't recommend it enough. We need to squash any remaining stigma surrounding therapy.

I was diagnosed with ADHD at 28. I take Dexedrine daily in order to function properly and I'm starting psychodynamic therapy later this year to unpack the trauma associated with being un-diagnosed for so long. Crush the stigma, mental illness is nothing to be ashamed of.

I need to start drumming again, I miss it so much. Anyone able to recommend any good electric kits?
