Lil Friday dialysis snack. I’m hoping today is a good day.

Sometimes I wish I could just play Leisure Suit Larry with my grandpa on his ole Tandy one more time. I miss the guy but I can still hear his chuckle every time I boot this up.

I used to say “people believe anything” back in the 90s but goddamn society is proving that to be true lately.

I forgot to eat breakfast this morning before dialysis & these four hours of treatment are CRAWLING by. 1:28 left to go and I wanna pull the needles out with my teeth!!

I was feeling pretty sick at dialysis today; it makes it extra miserable when you’re trying not to throw up or soil yourself for four hours, being unable to move or leave the chair. These days happen. Thankfully, after treatment, I was able to take a good nap. Tomorrow beckons.

I wish I owned a citrus grove, and I spent my days picking oranges, tangerines, lemons & limes and then juicing them. If I won the lotto, that’s probably what I’d do. I’d retire and grow citrus. If I didn’t have a transplant, I’d install a dialysis machine & live in peace.

Half the fun of remaking an old classic is playing the original an inordinate amount of times. Playing it on an emulator is fun, sure, but getting to play it on original hardware is the best! The Apple ][ really was part of the experience.
