I am absolutely over the moon to have accepted tenancy with Hogarth Chambers. Thank you to everyone at Hogarth for such a wonderful experience. I've still got one central assessment to complete, to formally finish my pupillage and qualify. But here's to celebrating and to 2024!
Following today's result, I can say it's been an absolute privilege to be part of the @twobirdsip team that has been working on this extraordinary case, alongside counsel Jonathan Hough KC and Jonathan Moss (Jonathan Moss). linkedin.com/posts/philsher…
Congratulations Andrew Norris KC, Simon Malynicz KC, Amanda Michaels, Michael Hicks, Thomas St Quintin, and Jonathan Moss (Jonathan Moss)! An excellent achievement. Fingers crossed for the results. Hogarth Chambers, The Legal 500
“Technically, children will be gagged from saying what they’ve seen.” Clare Page : No Secret Lessons campaigner and parent Clare Page tells @Lara_Spirit why she’s fighting rules that mean children can legally keep secrets from parents about what they’re taught in sex education lessons.
Tomorrow, my colleague Jonathan Moss (Jonathan Moss), also at Hogarth Chambers, will take you through the (also hot off the press!) judgment in WaterRower v Liking, looking at works of artistic craftsmanship and the (unresolved) tension between UK and EU law. Don't miss out.
