Mental ill health can affect anyone, anywhere, and northern Ghana is no exception. That’s why International Service are running Arts & Minds to make a positive difference through community arts. #WorldMentalHealthDay

International Service are teaming up with local NGOs and health workers in northern Ghana to use a community arts approach to promote better mental health. It’s an enjoyable, inclusive method that’s effective at scale. Here’s the team having a go. #WorldMentalHealthDay

On 24th-25th September we ran a training event at the Sirigu Women’s Organisation for Pottery and Arts on community arts for mental health, taking in human rights, an introduction to art therapy, and practical sessions. The venue was *spectacular*. #WorldMentalHealthDay
