The second module of the 2022 Waterberg Leadership Collaboration Training Program kicked off this morning in the Waterberg District. The sessions are presented by dynamic facilitator, Khosi Jiyane of The Human Edge



A productive second day of the Waterberg Leadership Training Program, presented by The Human Edge. Participants engaged in small group exercises discussing how to identify when safety for healthy dialogue is at risk and how to restore it towards having crucial conversations.

Last week, Beyond Conflict & Civic Genius traveled to Rochester, NY & Cleveland, OH w/two leaders who played key roles in ending apartheid in South Africa – Roelf Meyer & Mohammed Bhabha – to help Americans imagine a different way forward in the midst of deep division & mistrust.


Last Friday, CCWA CEO, Carina Van Vliet, had the incredible privilege of moderating a conversation at The City Club of CLE about difficult societal transitions with Mohammed Bhabha and Roelf Meyer who helped lead the democratic transition process in South Africa in 1990-1994.


Last week a group of students visited The City Club of CLE They heard from South African politicians, Roelf Meyer and Mohammed Bhabha. The two politicians are world renowned for their crucial efforts in South Africa's transition to democracy from an apartheid state. #learnforlife
