A modern Russian Palantin-K EW complex was destroyed by a Ukrainian strike with a M982 Excalibur 155mm PGM. The complex was reportedly designed to suppress enemy radio communication systems and to conduct electronic reconnaissance. It was delivered to the Russian army in 2019.
