The #RentGuidelinesBoard approved a 3% increase for one-year leases. For two-year leases, rents will increase by 2.75% for the 1st year / 3.2% for the second year.
Any increase approved by the Board is a failure, and an unsustainable burden on tenants across New York City. [1/7]
Another air quality alert has been issued for today, June 29th.

Please mask up π· & stay safe!
