Handover and Commissioning of the Maternity and Executive Ward at the Sherwood Clinic by Hon Mavima. The Maternity ward was funded by Gransharp Enterprises as part of their CSR program and construction was done by the ZDF. The maternity ward is equipped with ultrasound facilities and will service ward 31 and surrounding communities. This is in a bid to improve on health care service delivery for pre and post natal services.

KWEKWE DISTRICT Govt through National Social Security Authority (NSSA) Zimbabwe is implementing a Commercial Goat Farming project at Woodlands Farm in Kwekwe. The project is currently on its first phase where infrastructure is being developed, including dip tanks, paddocks, pens, perimeter fences and staff quarters.
