Who doesn't remember the thrill of a Scholastic Book Fair! Stop by and visit our fair in the media center during conferences on November 6th and 7th. Your students will have an opportunity to visit the fair during the school day. See the Indian Trail website for details.

The 8th grade boys’ basketball team kicked off their season at the annual Shop with a Cop Tournament. Although they fell to Oswego Bednarcik, the Wildcats hung in their the entire game, definitely showing promise and potential for the season.

Halloween was back in the hallways at Indian Trail!

Still lots to recap from this past week! We named our October Students of the Month, our Lego Wall debuted in the media center, boys basketball had an AM with treats on Halloween, and we featured Ms. Fisher for our Teacher Feature. PHEW! That was a lot! More to come!

More excitement last week! Maurion was our ‘candy in the jar guess’winner, Henry designed the favorite costume for Greg our media center lizard, and 6th grade Science tried to catch all the ‘creatures’ today! They had 20 minutes, six pipe cleaners, and 5 yards of yarn.

Thank you to the 172 Dudes that attended this year’s Dudes’ Day on Halloween last week. We truly appreciate your time coming to support your wildcat!

Both of our boys’ basketball teams kicked off their seasons last night against Heritage Grove. Although they didn’t pull out the W, both grades played hard!

Short week highlights: the Poms made their dance debut, shoutout to our new speech path, Mrs. B, Paw Print met with community relations, and 112 students came to the IT Productions interest meeting!

The Indian Trail staff had some team building fun as they faced off in the I.T. Amazing Race! Teams had photo challenges, trivia challenges, and special challenges; earning various points. The team with the most points or the first to complete them all wins. Ready, set, GO!!

Indian Trail hosted our Veterans’ Day Assembly yesterday. We were fortunate enough to celebrate several of our friends and family members who served. Thank you for attending, and thank you for your service.

7th grade WINS! The 7th grade boys’ basketball team faced off against Yorkville last night. It was an action packed game but your Wildcats pulled off the win 36-28!!!
