Thank you Society of Indexers for an inspiring conference. Lots to think about, I've a notebook full of ideas, and it was great to put faces to names. The only thing missing was the Conference Coffee from the dreaded thermos jugs.

To re-read or not... I was blown away by The Songlines when it first came out. Werner Herzog's film makes me want to read it again, but suppose a book that I think is part of my psyche was actually just a bit pretentious. It's a dilemma!
