Started off the day with eggs, mushroomsand tomatoes. #trying

Just made soup with the leftover veggies in the cupboard #soup

#breakfast done - porridge oats and a chopped apple with a little skimmed milk

Managed 5189 #steps yesterday. I'm aiming for 1000 more today 😬

Kids talked me into going to the park, thought I'd be sat on a bench watching BUT no there was an adult #gym there !!!

Not done too well today on #food or #steps but have #adopted two #dogs from the dogs home. Can't wait until I can collect them tomorrow
