If you are going to give a speech in public, be sure you know how to speak properly. Don't fidget or say "ummmm" and get to your point.

Networking is both "give" and "take." If you've been "taking" from your network, "give" back by forwarding links and articles of interest!

At an interview, just having the skills isn't enough- Interviewers evaluate if you are easy-going and would work well with their employees.

Always ask your interviewer for their card. Send a thank you note or email as soon as you can afterward so you are memorable.
