If you think you NEED work on your SC then you are already not understanding manifestation and are starting wrong. You are God, you don't need anything. You must work on your SC because you deserve to remember your power and manifest quickly and easily everything you desire.

When I start repeating an affirmation and I start to notice resistance like a lot of doubt, I double the saturation. If it was 30 minutes then I will affirm for another 30 minutes, but I will not let doubts win and repetition eliminates resistance.
