The Nigerian artist/art historian Peju Layiwola has just arrived in Cologne and we are so blessed! Her grandfather, was Oba Akenzua II, king of Benin. She will be in residency at the Rautenstrauch-Joest Museum and will work on the RJM Benin royal artworks looted in 1897.
