Debugging WordPress stuff, especially code and DB-related, through SSH, will push you into writing custom WP CLI commands.

You don't need AC to function when it's too hot. No need to follow that advice from @levelsio. Just move to the other hemisphere. Brain fog solved. Cheaper to get AC though, but to each its own 😅

Have a feeling that WordPress will do something good with AI that will benefit other communities as well. As with block editor that can be integrated elsewhere.

It's Aug 15th, and today, I'll be going to the beach for my 4th or 5th time this summer. I notice this with a lot of people. When you're so close to it, you don't go to it that much 😅 I wonder if it's the sams with skiing for people that live next to ski resorts.

After working some time on the land around the house, I understand why some don't want any grass or similar and put all in concrete. Wouldn't want that, but definitely understand them. 😂

The new era of cowboy coding has begun. No more changing files by yourself on the server. Now, let AI do it for you. Sounds like a fun thing to try tbh (but on some hobby project) :D

Even if you think it's a stupid idea for a coding project, work on it (unless it hurts you financially). In my experience, any such project, even the smallest one, was a win. Worst case: you have something to talk about on job interviews & show expertise.

Want to build a product but don't have an idea? Check what you did or still do for your clients. A potential product might be somewhere there.

If you really like coding, you're a junkie. We really like that dopamine hit after successfully coding a solution or debugging an issus.

I haven't yet tried Claude Code, but I see as a great offer for people changing environments. For example, being a web dev and trying to build a game with Godot or a similar engine. You can easily use Claude Code on both :D

When there is a "calm" in your freelancing, use that time to learn something new or finally try to build a product you always wanted to.
