This month Aldo, SGA Sophomore Class President, recited The Pledge of Allegiance at the Pitt County County Commissioners meeting. Aldo volunteered to do this over spring break. Great way to show leadership!

Shout out to Miles for helping their team earn the Impact award, recognizing the team’s dedication to outreach, innovation, and inspiring the next generation of STEM leaders. This earned us a chance to compete again for the award at the States Competition In April!

Recently, we held inductions for the National Beta Club and National English Honor Society. Our club leaders did a great job leading the ceremony! Congratulations to all of the inductees!

On Pi Day our Math Club hosted a pie a staff member event. It’s was messy but fun. Thank you to all the staff that participated!

Innovation Early College High School has officially earned Cognia STEM Certification! IECHS demonstrated its commitment to building a high-quality, future-ready STEM learning environment grounded in community, culture, experiences, and outcomes.

During Grow Local, some of our Honors Civics leaders visited the Pitt County Courthouse. They learned about the court process and enjoyed being in the Superior Courtroom. The students especially appreciated the tour of the jail cells.
