some guy was harassing me and my gf from like 20 yds away when we were walking through the park and he kept yapping as we got closer so I turned to him and, without making eye contact, hit him with the “L” on my forehead and yknow what? shut him right up. I gotta do that more.

it is actually shocking how often my gf and I get harassed just for holding hands. in like, a major city. the world is kind of an evil place idk.

used the email signature “Not mad, just disappointed - Casey” in an email to one of the professors in my department today and it felt SO bitchy I loved it

we weren’t even meeting today but she walked by my office and threw the pup’s leash in so she could come greet me at my desk. iconic advising in the puppy department.

I say I haven’t become that absorbed into the Philly culture and then I remember I bought a pretzel flavored beer from my favorite Philly brewery to drink while I watch the eagles game
