When a surgeon has a complication, is it healthy for them to feel some pain/anguish (it means they’re still human?) or should they aim to reduce such feelings over their career (to prevent excess stress/burnout)? I suspect it’s somewhere in the middle. No ā€œcorrectā€ answer (obvs)
