Take the steps you have to take to take your phone out of the equation of distracting you. Put it in another room. Leave it in your purse and put your purse in the break room. You get my point. Whatever you have to do to separate yourself from it. Do it. Your phone will survive

The most common things that break concentration for someone with ADHD doing homework: 1) Your Phone 2) Your Phone (It's just THAT distracting) 3) Other People 4) Loud Noises 5) Your Wandering Mind 6) Mine or other people's food 7) Your Phone :) Work to Avoid these if possible.
