We had the honour of hosting Deputy Minister Bernie Derible and his team from Emergency Management Ontario for a presentation on ATSC 3.0 emergency and critical communications applications. Humber Polytechnic looks forward to working with EMO to explore the vast potential of ATSC 3.0!

Our world-class ATSC 3.0 broadcast test bed covering the Toronto region is being upgraded with new permanent antenna masts. First mast is going up at Humber Polytechnic Centre for Skilled Trades and Technology on Carrier Dr. Barrett CTI and Lakeshore sites are up next!



We wrapped up 2024 with the installation of the antenna mast for our main transmitter site at the Humber Polytechnic Barrett CTI! The new mast means a broader portfolio of industry projects that keep students at the centre of the innovation experience.
