Its all about bulbs, blooms and bikes this weekend at the garden centre - and beats as Green Island Festival will also be happening on Saturday. Bring your poorly bike from 11-4pm on Sunday and Platt Fields Bike Hub will fix it for a donation.

It is pretty much the perfect time to plant shrubs and trees, the soil is moist and warm and gives them time to settle in before Winter. We have some gorgeous plants in now full of seasonal colour, plus an extensive range of fruit bushes. Treat yourself!

In celebration of traditional crafts, stone waller Peter Isherwood and apprentice Kaden (DSWA) join us to develop the underused area of our site for a Biodiverse Play and Learn area. Funded by Greater Mcr Environment Fund, through Green Spaces.

Our weekend wreath making workshops will be beginning on 23rd of November - no need to book just drop in! Expert advice and assistance will be provided free, you just pay for whatever materials you use. Winter Fest will be on Sunday 1st December this year.
