Meet the Team! Flight Lieutenant Scott Friel Scott joins the team from No.3 Welsh Wing and will take on the Staff Development Officer role, supporting the continued innovation & development of RAFAC OME and Fieldcraft Course Portfolios with an aim to increasing accessibility.

Meet the Team Squadron Leader Martin Somerfield Martin joins the team from Wales & West Region where he held the Regional Fieldcraft Officer post. Martin will take on the Senior Development Officer role, providing overall direction for all work streams within TDT.

Meet the Team! Sqn Ldr Richard Walsh Rich joins us from Merseyside Wing where he previously held the Wing Fieldcraft Officer post. Rich takes on the Training Development Officer 2 (Fieldcraft) role, providing direction and development for Fieldcraft Training within the RAFAC.

Meet the Team! Sqn Ldr Dan Azizian Dan joins us from Air Cadets LaSER where he currently holds the post of Regional Military Skills Officer. Dan assumes the post of Training Development Officer (OME), supporting the continued innovation & development of LFMT in the RAF Air Cadets

Congratulations to the 30 CFAVs & SIs who have completed the SA (M) (07) Cadet course at CTC Frimley Park. The aim of the course is to study practical leadership and the planning and conduct of safe training involving blank ammunition and pyrotechnics.
