Summer Reading at the Hazel Park District Library Tuesday, June 11 at 3:30PM will kick off with Animal Magic. Mark Rosenthal is bringing his rescue exotic animals to the library. All ages are welcome.

Howell Nature Center provides wildlife rehabilitation and conservation education. Their Nature Bus program, involves hands-on activities, instructional conservation education and live animals. Come see the live animals and the Nature Bus on September 10 at 6:30pm.
Tomorrow, Friday, October 25th is our annual Trick or Treat event at City Hall. There will be storytime beforehand at 10:30am and then we'll walk to the City Hall building to trick or treat. Homeschool students are welcome to come also and join in the fun.
Come play with our science kits tonight, Tuesday February 25 at 6:30pm. You can check them out afterward if you wantl. If you have a little one that would like to come, I'll be putting out the magnatiles, blocks and everything else on our storytime cart also.
Reading to a dog can help children improve their reading skills, build confidence, and develop a love of reading. Join us at the Library to read or hang out with a dog on Tuesday, March 11 at 6:30pm. We'll also have dog related crafts.
Legos help children learn to analyze, plan, and strategize as they build and create with LEGOs. Come to the Hazel Park District Library, Tuesday April 1st at 6:30pm to play with legos and put them on display for everyone to see your awesome imagination.
