My first trip this summer 4 countries to see 1 down 3 togo. Everywhere you look Antiqua, Guatemala is visually appealing it’s hard to capture the beauty with a video or pictures. Volcanos as backdrops, the architecture from the 1700’s, beautiful paintings, and flowers everywhere.

What a Great experience and history lesson from this country.

Today I’ve completing the 5K representing my alma mater, Miles College, in the HBCU alumni race! I must say it has been a memorable experience reconnecting with friends, coworkers, and my fraternity brothers 06 . I’m looking forward to next year’s race.
