Biggest take away from this episode? Jodie Whittaker seamlessly slipping back into the role of The Doctor the likes of which we haven’t seen since Troughton. I genuinely wouldn’t be mad if she pops up again. She’s a joy to watch.

the thing is if the health of doctor who is reliant on nostalgia and bringing back popular actors from 20 years ago then i think that sets a terrible precedent for its future and entirely goes against what makes it worth watching in the first place
