This morning, Year 3 were lucky enough to participate in an outdoor learning session. The children created their own plants from natural materials before labeling the correct parts. They then dug the soil in the new planters before planting garlic. #WeEXCEED #HGPS

The children in Year 2 enjoyed their visits to the Bradford Police Museum last week. The children found out all about policing in Bradford over time. We will be using what we learnt to produce some amazing writing so keep an eye out for the finished pieces! #WeExceed

What a thrilling day and night our school choir had at young voices in Manchester on Friday night. It was a fun filled day with lots of singing, dancing, laughter and incredible experiences.

This afternoon, Year 3 created artwork in the style of famous artist LS Lowry. They drew the outline of an industrial scene using pencil and then added colour using oil pastels. It's clear to see that we have some budding artists! #HGPS #WeExceed

Children in 3A have created pieces of art in the style of David Hockney. They used different pencil techniques, such as cross hatching, to produce still life drawings before adding bold colours for effect. #WeExcced #HGPS #Inspirational #Unique
