My mental illness suddenly got worse. I thought I had gone into remission, but it was just the calm before the storm. The last time I felt this bad was during my depression three years ago. It feels the same now.

I might need medical help. I probably need more time, but I have to keep working. The only thing I’m truly afraid of in this life is depression. I feel so lost that it’s come back with the same strength. I’m really scared. I don’t want to just exist — I want to live.

My condition is slowly improving. I’ve started going outside again and working on fixing my sleep schedule.I’m also gradually regaining interest in my old hobbies. I’m grateful to my parents, who have been very supportive, and I also want to thank all of you for your kind words🫂

I’ve been drawing on a graphic tablet that’s already 11 years old. It’s been glitching a lot lately, and a crack has appeared on the screen. It was expected. In about a week, I should be getting a new tablet — a pen display. I hope it will give me a boost of motivation!☺️

My parents gifted me a new graphic tablet! It will arrive on October 15. Until then, I’ll try to keep drawing on my old one. They got me the XP-PEN Artist PRO 19 (2nd Gen). It was a very quick decision. I just hope it was the right choice.😣
