In Hookmark 6.9 or 6.10, Hookmark will default to foreground mode. That won't affect the context window. It will mainly affect the Bookmarks window (bmw) UX. The bmw will appear in app switcher and in force quit list.Users can override the default.

we are already very busy with 6.10, 6.xx, and 7.0. Hint: `No linkable item found in app` will not be shown anymore. You'll have access instead to bookmarks that are global to the app. So all apps will be compatible with Hookmark
