2025 Southern Glory 18u Schedule.

I found out I’m going to have a delayed start to my junior high school season. A couple weeks ago we found out I have a large blood clot in my pulmonary artery. This is just a minor set back. I was in Saint Louis children’s hospital ICU for a couple of days. Praying to get back.

It felt good to take some batting practice. Building my strength back and working my way back to the sport I love. One step at a time!

I had my first game back,since the blood clot, last night with a win over Harrisburg. I pitched a little over three innings, but it’s a start. I allowed 6 hits with zero earned runs, struck out three and no walks. One day at a time!

The Rangerettes take home another win with a 14-7 victory over Nashville. I got my second night on the mound. I surrendered 4 hits for 0 runs over two and two/thirds innings. Hopefully next week I can build my strength and endurance to be able to play for a longer amount of time.

I had an all around good day on the field today. I pitched well and got two doubles! I have made it full days at school this week and pitched at least 2-3 innings every day. To say I’m exhausted might be an understatement , but I am on my way back!

Had a great day at the plate. Some people don’t wanna post unless it’s a homerun, but I’m proud of my singles today. It shows my consistency is coming back. A little stronger every day! #bloodclotawareness

I pitched my first entire game since the blood clot, and although it didn’t go our way I did it! It’s been a hard road back but I’ve been fighting the whole way. I’m finally getting a little stronger everyday. I’m looking forward to the day I’m back at my position on the infield.

I never gave up the fight to get back on the field! Today all my hard work and determination paid off. I hit not one but two homeruns!

Here are a couple plays from second base for the weekend and one round of pitching on the mound. It was hot, then wet, then nice breezy and cool, but no matter the weather it’s always better when I’m on the field.

Headed to Peoria IL for some ball🥎this week!

We finished our school ball summer series with a 7-1 record. I have to say I had a blast and played just about every where. I pitched, played 2nd base every week and got a little third base action in. I even got to be back behind the plate and realized how much I missed it.

I want to thank Select Fastpitch-Christ for having me this weekend. We started the weekend as strangers and ended as a softball family. I learned a lot and definitely came away a better player. Congratulations ladies! @SelectFP_Christ

We didn’t get much actual playing time in yesterday, but here is a play I made at 2nd. Hopefully today the rain holds off so we can play ball!

My team has decided not to play in this weekend’s tournament and has disbanded. I will miss my teammates and coaches. We have made some good memories this season. I’m not sure what my next step will be but I’m sure God has a plan for me.

I’ve been asked to be a guest player for Blue Chip Athletics-Macon in Evansville Indiana this weekend.  I would love to meet you. I’m not sure what number or position I will be playing, but that’s the fun of being a guest player. You never know where you are needed!
