Fifth graders went on a fieldtrip to the Challenger Learning Center last week where they used their knowledge of science and math and their problem-solving skills to complete their Mission to Mars.

On Tuesday, Nov. 4, the Spanish 3 and College Spanish classes attended the Hispanic Flamenco Ballet at Innovation Theater. They enjoyed the music and dancing of Spanish- speaking countries from around the world. Students then ate an authentic lunch at Corona's.

You're invited to the Grand Opening of the STEAM Room at the Elementary School, paired with Family Literacy Night, on Nov. 18 from 6:30-8 p.m. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Snacks will be provided. We hope to see you there!
