In anticipation of Halloween, we're excited to offer new users a holiday treat: HCR™ RNA-FISH Starter Kits! We carry kits for a diverse range of organisms -- even one inspired by Gui Gainett Florez's Daddy Long Legs. Register here (HCR.store/Halloween) to receive your kit today!

This week's #FluorescenceFriday user is Alex Buckley! Alex studies how the clustered protocadherin locus is regulated differently in diverse cell types. #HCRimaging enables Alex to map how developmental changes affect expression of different protocadherins on a single-cell level.

This week's #FluorescenceFriday user is Amanda Ferreira! Amanda A. G. Ferreira works with scRNA-seq data, and through #HCRimaging, she has been able to bring the knowledge she acquired in silico to the in vivo validations. Check out her stunning image of a Drosophila optic lobe here:

This week's #FluorescenceFriday user is Crystal Rogers 𝘿𝙧. 𝘾𝙧𝙮𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙡 𝙍𝙤𝙜𝙚𝙧𝙨 ≽(◕ ᴗ ◕)≼ 🐥🐸! #HCRimaging enables Crystal to "pair gorgeous imaging with the ability to perform multiplexed transcript-level analyses." View her images of chick and quail embryos taken with her student Tess Leathers here:

This week's #FluorescenceFriday user is Betsy Schock from the @LaBonneLaB! Betsy uses #HCRimaging to assess changes in expression of multiple genes and cell types during African clawed frog embryonic development. Check our some of her stunning Xenopus laevis embryo images here:

This week's #FluorescenceFriday user is Jasmin Camacho Dr. Jasmin Camacho 🦇🔬☠️🧠☀️! Jasmin appreciates #HCRimaging's ability to visualize multiple genes in a single sample, especially since she works with precious bat samples that are hard to acquire. View some of her amazing images here:

This week’s #FluorescenceFriday users are Madeline Ryan and Tony Yu-Chen Tsai! Through #HCRimaging, Madeline and Tony were able to map out cell-type specific expression of various adhesion molecules in the zebrafish spinal cord. Check out their stunning images #withHCR here:

This week’s #onlywithHCR Spotlight features Matt Benton (Dr Matt Benton), Erik Clark (@ErickClark01), and Margherita Battistara (Margherita Battistara)! “The fact that [#HCRimaging] is so easily applied to non-model organisms (where FISH usually doesn’t work well) has allowed us to pursue

The students at the CSHL Mouse Course are batting a thousand with HCR. Lori lorena maili from Steve Towers CX Man shows HCR with fgf8, raldh2, and sox9 that was processed in Imaris and imaged with an AX1 confocal. Thanks Molecular Instruments, Nikon Microscope Solutions and Imaris 3D/4D Imaging for generous support!
