This week it’s the Marine Engineering Department. They’re responsible for making sure the ship runs smoothly ⚙️ Pictured is one of our ETs carrying out their daily rounds, the MEO monitoring systems from our ‘SCC’, and our engines stripped down for maintenance 🛠️Royal Navy Engineering
Thats this year’s family’s day over HMS Sultan. Thank you for everyone that supported the event and for all the families that made it so special. A shout out goes out to the committee, but special mention goes out to LPT Jack Smith for leading the way.

In the blazing sun, the Bands of the Royal Marines Volunteer Cadet Corps displayed incredible skill and professionalism at HMS Sultan's Families Day 🥁🎷☀️ From marches to the Pirates of the Caribbean theme, these cadets performed amazingly! 🎶
Airframes, rides on our Sultan Steam Waggon, 'Soak-a-Sailor!' and breathtaking stunts from the Tigers Motorcycle Display Team were just some of the highlights from our #AwEsoME Families Day.
Family’s Day take two is in full swing here at the WOs and SRs Mess HMS Sultan. ballon man, inflatables, skittles lane (thanks to Royal Navy Family and People Support), soft play and the BWOs iPad!!!!
Children from Naval families have been participating in Royal Navy & Royal Marines Charity Activity Camps @HMSSultan. Working in partnership with The Kings Active Foundation, RNRMC are providing heavily subsidised leading sports and activity camps to Naval families around the UK. #AwEsoME
A truly #AwEsoME morning was enjoyed by all campers at the @HMSSultan Blind Veterans UK Summer Camp Sports Day. Associated with Royal Navy since 1947 & @HMSSultan since 1996, the week long camp brings #Veterans (+their 'dogs') into both the Service & local community.
Our Siskin Division have been supporting HMS Sultan Blind Veterans UK camp this week. Today all went horse 🐎 riding NFED.co.uk which was fantastic, the team even had time to help with the weeds!!!
A chance for some payback, maybe? 😂 Seniors at HMS Sultan took one for the team and embraced 'Soak-A-Sailor' at their families day last week, raising money for charity 🧽 In the heat, it looked like an absolute blessing! ☀️😂
Tonight is our award ceremony for Blind Veterans UK here HMS Sultan. Fantastic week had by all and we are all so proud that SULTAN can support our veterans. #MilitaryFamilyForever
