Attended the BCPS Dance Festival at PHHS with my wife, a CT, to support one of her clients. Saw students’ talents from across the county! Takeaways: 1) Coaching extends the walls of the class; 2) Recruiting and retaining goes beyond HR; 3) Visiting schools refocuses the why!
