All geared up in KC airport. Got wool socks in Ohio & shovel in Chicago. Luckily most snow and ice on the car already melted & soon after starting digging out, a friendly airport employee came by with an excavator to dig us the rest of the way out. Finally two home 2 days late

It’s crazy. Taken out of all context and history, that Mahomes TD pass was fucking amazing…but after years of watching him now, it’s like, “yep, nice throw.” #ChiefsKingdom

Just happy to see they’re both going classic and we’re not going to have to subjected to any stupid-ass uniforms tonight. Also, Go Bucks.

Out of History game for couple years, but been asked to help supervise an undergrad historiography and then thesis. Interested in relationship/connections/influence on between CRM and anti-war movement. Any recommendations for newer secondary literature? #twitterstorians

It was always obvious that while standardized tests aren't perfect, they are far better at offering disadvantaged but bright students a chance than just soliciting essay responses that cite time to start a non-profit - an activity that poorer kids don't have a chance to do.

Two things are true: 1) Cartels wield too much influence over the Mexican government (and some Mexican state governments) 2) The real source of cartel power is American drug addicts who fund them and American weapons that arm them

If we had access to group chats every single Republican staffer and media person would be revealed to be unemployable, they are like "Da N-word zone"

Chance to go to China this summer. Looking for recommendations for: 1. Fiction set in 20th/21stcentury. (English language or w/English translation) 2. Good non-fiction overviews of that period or different eras within it. Preferably not too down-in-the-weeds academic(y). TIA

Hello, Grok, who was the most famous person to visit my profile? It doesn't need to be a mutual, don't tag them, just say who it was. Thanks!

Man, it is going to be interesting as hell to watch how Slot tries to make all of this fit together. (Also, potentially infuriating as hell) #LFC
