Hillcrest students enjoyed an assembly sponsored by Somerset County Clean Communities. The assembly was titled Professor W’s Earth, science circus, Recycle and Litter. The laughs and learning was a great end to the week.

Our amazing staff came together for a fun, insightful, teambuilding activity, focused on exploring domain three of the Danielson framework. Their plates may be full with many responsibilities, but now they’re even fuller with positive affirmations.

Mrs. Hilse’s PreK Winter Ball was a smashing success! Student sang, made crafts with their families, and received gifts. Generously donated through Mrs. Hilse’s Donor‘s Choose project.

It was an exciting last day of school in 2024! Look who came all the way from the North Pole to visit the students at Hillcrest! It looks like Mrs. Callaghan is faster than the gingerbread man even though he was running as fast as he can, her time in Girls On The Run, paid off!

Speaker Sam Demma joined Hillcrest to inspire our students in grades 3-5 to not carry the weight of others words/thoughts of them in our invisible backpacks that we carry. Let them fall out of our backpacks and persist by setting and reaching our goals.
