Today, our department took part in the inaugural Dual Diagnosis and Recovery Summit. Dual Diagnosis addresses mental health and a substance use issues simultaneously. The summit brought together professionals from across our state, with a goal of improving access to care.

Congratulations to our partners at Sol Housing for breaking ground on the Farolito Senior Community at Central and Eubank! Once completed, this will be an 82-unit, mixed-use apartment complex for seniors. The City of Albuquerque contributed $4 million to this project.

Our parking lot is getting an upgrade! A new solar array has been installed in the west parking lot of the Gateway Center. The project is comprised of 734 solar panels. In its first year of service, the solar array will save the city about $72,000! #Solar #OneAlbuquerque
