First swim in a VERY long time today. Did my brain the world of good!

Looks like I’m going to be learning how to tile a wall over the next few weeks during any downtime I have thanks to the latest problem I’ve encountered in this flat of mine…kitchen worktop upstand is in a VERY sorry state. First things first…choose a tile!

Take That were the highlight of the Coronation concert in my view! Would LOVE to get to a Take That show one day! 🎶

Feeling a little (a lot) blue after today’s exam. Really hoping I’ve done enough to just pass but I feel this will now be a source of anxiety right through until results day 😢

Just finished what will hopefully be my last EVER exam (I had to defer two because I was unwell in January) 🎉 Now got two solid weeks with an extension in place to focus on my dissertation and make that the best it can be 💪

Very worthwhile three hour round trip to uni. Returned a load of books and also picked one up that is going to be extremely helpful as I finish off my dissertation over the next couple of weeks 📚 it was also nice to get some fresh air and move my body! ☀️

First day of placement today done ✅ Virtual this week due to half term. Have been asked to watch a number of webinars over this time that are relevant to work I will be doing in the placement setting. They have all been thoroughly interesting so far and I have learned SO much!

Trying to get my head around the fact that it’s my birthday tomorrow. Feels like only yesterday that I turned 30 and honestly what a year it’s been!

Friday evening. The best evening to kick start my new post-placement evening gym routine which I will be maintaining when I start my job. Having seriously sacrificed regular exercise as the course intensified it felt SO good to be back to it #SLT2BE

One coat of undercoat which is meant to obliterate strong colours and still the Barbie pink walls have not disappeared from my kitchen. Also huge round of applause to me for managing to spill an entire tray of paint over myself in the process 🙄😂 #diyproject #kitchenrefresh

At a time when everyone is celebrating their degree results I am sending a huge amount of love and support to anyone who may not have got the result they wanted/have retakes still to do. You are amazing and you have got this. Also remember that your grades do NOT define you!

20 years of incredible music that has and will always continue to get me through some of life’s greatest highs and lows. My happiest memories have come from attending McFly concerts and I hope there will be many more to come. Thank you for everything mcfly ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Home and recovering from a traumatic trip to the vets this eve. She was SO brave having her neck shaved so they could help an infection she’s got unlike me who became VERY emotional and started crying as she was whimpering. Now just to get antibacterial lotion on her every day!💖

I have now finished the online Youth Mental Qualification courses for this year. However, I have 12 Youth Mental Health publication e-copy licences (3 year) that are unused and therefore I am giving these away for free. The 32-page booklets have been contributed to by the NHS
