While waiting for State’s Psych Sheets to come out let high light some of our top swimmers this past couple weeks! Top 5 performer #5 is Liam Robinson dropping -3.12 in his 500 Fr & -2.26 in his 100 Back at Districts. Also they are less then 30 minutes apart 😯

#4 top performer is TJ Farrell Jr for finishing 6th in 1 Meter Diving, dropping -.26 in 50 Fr, Being apart of the school record relay in the 200 Fr Relay and finishing 2nd at Districts and then dropping time in his 400 Free Relay leg!

#3 in the top 5 performers in the past two weeks is Evan McCrane! Evan dropped -4.31 in a last chance meet to capture the last spot for Districts and then at Districts dropped another -4.56 to move himself up to 12th place in District 1 AA!!!

#2 in the top 5 goes to Brian Chewning Jr! Brian finished with a Bronze medal for his 100 Fly dropping -1.97 and then he was apart of the silver medal 200 Fr School record relay, then 4th in his 500 Fr dropping -7.21 and then crushing his leg of the 400 Fr Relay!

Our #1 of the top 5 list is Gavin Egan! Gavin won gold in the 200 IM, crushed his anchor leg in the 200 Free Relay that got silver and a school record, finished 4th in the 100 Free and then swam his heart out as the anchor in the 400 Fr Relay! & named Boy Athlete of the week!

It’s now official! Brian Chewning Jr will represent the HGP Swim Team in 100 Butterfly, Gavin Egan in 200 IM and both boys will join Liam Halligan and TJ Farrell Jr in both the 200 & 400 free Relays at Bucknell University for PIAA State Champs March 14th - 16th Holy Ghost Prep Athletics
